Carol is in ICU. She had a major bleed and is now on a ventilator. Please think of her in your prayers.

This blog was started by my husband for me to have a place to write. I sometimes have a lot to deal with as cystic fibrosis isn't easy. Not having a job isn't easy. Not having an identity isn't easy. Not making money isn't easy. There are other parts of my lifethat are easy: having a wonderful husband, having cute cats, having a fun car, having a house I like, going to school, seeing movies with my cousins, having a variety of friends...all of this is the good part of my life.

I am definitely keeping Carol and Kelly in my prayers. I know this is super scary. Just take 1 minute at a time. I am sending love , healing thoughts and peace your way.
Hugs,
Debbie
Dear ones,
Our prayers are constant and heartfelt, and we send all the hope and love that can be summoned at this most difficult time. We're praying for your comfort and peace, and of course, whatever unexpected miracles might be offered.
With love, Kim, Marc and kids
Cousin Carol,
There are too many critically panned movies out there with our names on them, so please come up for that air you need so badly real soon so we can get back to the Edwards 14 and that ticket taker who thinks you are so "purty." You've always been a fighter; I know you won't quit now.
Love, Merle
Dear Cousins,
Another note here of love, hope and prayers for you both, with wishes that today might be a better day -- With many more yet to come. xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo
Love always, Kim
My prayers are with Carol & Kelly. CF is a scary disease. May God bless you with a comfort and a quick recovery.
Dears,
Donna just called (it's noon on Sunday), to say that you're breathing on your own, Carol!! Wonderful, wonderful news!! We are "staying the course" of riding this rollercoaster with you from afar, with ongoing hopes for more and more messages of good news of your mind-body-soul sparkles. We wish you peace and calm as your body does all those magical, mysterious things that it does to keep life flowing; and we wish the doctors all the knowledge and expertise and insight as to how to best help you. Love surrounds you both, each and every minute,
Kim, Marc and kids
Hi Carol - I will keep you in my prayers.
Peace, Karen
Hey Carol, I just found your blog. I miss the heck out of you on the list and I am happy that they pulled you off the vent.
I bet you can't wait to get home to your kitties (oh yeah and your hubby too ;) lol). Whenever I am inpatient I miss my kitty most. He is that non-stop "noise" that gets me through my days.
Well this is long enough, get better, and we will be here waiting for you.
Many many hugs..........Toni
